Yep. We’re Affiliated.
As part of our promise to deliver client-focused service, Main Street Heating & Cooling partners with industry organizations that share our commitment to your safety and comfort. Recognized as leaders in HVAC training and certification, these organizations include:
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
The mission of the EPA is to “protect human health and the environment” through education, research and the development of national standards. Main Street technicians are careful to follow all EPA procedures for HVAC safety, including refrigerant handling and disposal, indoor air quality procedures and HVAC system design.
North American Technician Excellence (NATE)
NATE is “the nation’s largest non-profit certification organization for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration technicians.” To obtain NATE certification, Main Street technicians undergo rigorous training and testing that represents a working knowledge of HVAC systems and an in-depth understanding of safety and installation standards. This voluntary certification program represents our commitment to Utah home and business owners—and our desire to provide industry-leading service with every visit.
Rocky Mountain Gas Association (RMGA)
The RMGA is a nonprofit association that provides HVAC and home comfort contractors with education opportunities and quality HVAC training. Main Street Heating & Cooling partners with RMGA to obtain Green Sticker training for altitude and gas consumption. Only licensed, certified and trained contractors are able to provide this Green Sticker inspection, which ensures that your appliance is safely and efficiently burning natural gas.
